Here's the recap, today's our P-day because yesterday we celebrated Columbus Day. He didn't find America, that brother of Jared did. Anyway, here's the brother of the squirrel we ate last week... (I'm being facetious). His name's Billy. He's not rabid, and didn't just attack me out of nowhere though it may look like it. He's actually the pet of a friend of a member. Billy is well groomed and fed. We got to dine with him, and not eat him, last evening at a members home. They're the Gossling fam, and they invited their friends of another faith over, hoping that those friends and Billy will soon want to learn more about the restored gospel as well!
<---Bro Bruster also did us a good deed after District meeting in Monroe.
Ain't no better time then today.
We're workin' on gettin' the zone pumped for missionary work! We had a sweet gathering at our Zone Training. The meeting was full of inspiration, and was good! So many new faces in life, all of which are hard working, faithful, good friends in the gospel.
Small in rank, yet powerful force: The Cornelia Zone. "It's cause they say dynamite comes in small packages."
What was something that was cool last week was the Cooper family (investigators) was able to come with us Friday night to a baptism/wedding in Gainesville. It was a real neat opportunity for them and for us. The people getting baptized weren't married, but friday night made the done deal and then following, sealed it in the pool. It's so neat to see how God plays roles in our lives, the role played in the lives of those who were baptized influenced greatly the Cooper family. Sister Cooper is now getting prepared to be baptized on November 15. Praying that all will go according to the will of God.
Remembering it's His work, and His Glory. His work is the Labor of Love, we do what we do cause we love our bros and sisters. His Glory is his honor, his sacrifice, and his everlasting atonement and mercy he powers us with. Inspiring the act, and real the dream to live with him and all again.
Church is true, book is clue, Jesus is a Mormon!
Y'all have a great week!
Send some pumpkin carving pics, we bought a nice pumpkin scent candle today to use as the spare-tire til the pumpkins arrive. Stay orange and black!
The pretty chill and legit parentals of Elder Black, Tiffany and Henry Black.
