Hey home, Well this device is nice. Greetings today. This week has been super busy and super great. With iPads only being a small part of the greatness. Some of the events// Picture 1: Georgia sunsets are really amazing. They happen every day. Picture 2: The Decooks Manor, some of the best lessons have taken place in this castle. We were here on P-day, then again for dinner Tuesday. Their family is so cool, and so down to earth. Their son is going to be receiving his call to go and preach the gospel pretty soon, the first of his family. It's really cool cause in ways we were part of that seed that was planted in his heart to go, totally relating to the times I didn't want to serve. Well in the end it's been a solid 20 months since. Picture 3: BBQ at the Peeks. These kids are so awesome! The Peeks, Crawfords, Campbells, and Peeks nonmember friends came. We seem to have these weekly, and they sure are fun. Elder Sorensen had a jam session with Bro Peeks on guitar. Last thoughts // So it's currently Thursday evening and I'm writing in the middle of a lesson because I feel like I'd forget everything I want to say by the time Monday comes. I want to just say that there really is no better feeling than being in a lesson and teaching by the spirit. We're teaching Ricky. Elder Sorensen is teaching really powerfully. And sharing a lot of re-commitments. When everything else in the day feels like it's lacking or that there are bumps on the path, it's these lessons and simple principles that put my mind at ease and keep me in line. I'm grateful for these things. So grateful. We're now teaching a Hispanic family, Juarez. Please keep them in your prayers, the daughter Susan is 16 and we hope to see her enter the waters of baptism at the end of this month. Other than that thanks for all you do, and have a good week. Love you bye, Elder black |
